Does anyone besides me think Credit One is a RIP OFF SCAM?

We just got a call 2 MONTHS LATER THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH HER ACCT.! they never sent her statements for 2 months. SAID THEY NEEDED TO SPEAK TO HER ON CONFERENCE CALL! If you’re having issues with them, FILE A RIP OFF REPORT OR TRY CONSUMER CREDIT AGENCIES IN YOUR STATE – I’m reporting them to my State.
